A BILL TO AMEND SECTION 59-20-40, AS AMENDED, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO DETERMINATION OF ANNUAL EDUCATION FOUNDATION PROGRAM ALLOCATIONS, SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT A DISTRICT MAY NOT RECEIVE LESS THAN FIFTY PERCENT OF THE COST OF ITS FOUNDATION PROGRAM.
