A JOINT RESOLUTION TO ESTABLISH A STUDY COMMITTEE TO REVIEW, STUDY, AND MAKE RECOMMENDATIONS CONCERNING THE POTENTIAL CREATION OF A PERFORMANCE PAY INCENTIVE PROGRAM FOR HIGHLY QUALIFIED, EXCEPTIONAL TEACHERS IN THE PUBLIC SCHOOLS OF THIS STATE, TO PROVIDE FOR THE COMMITTEE'S MEMBERSHIP, AND TO REQUIRE THE COMMITTEE TO REPORT ITS FINDINGS AND RECOMMENDATIONS TO THE GENERAL ASSEMBLY NO LATER THAN SEPTEMBER 30, 2010, AT WHICH TIME THE COMMITTEE IS ABOLISHED.
