Direct The Department Of Health And Environmental Control To Conduct A Study To Determine The Levels Of Polycyclic Aromatic Hydrocarbons (pahs) Present In Urban And Rural Industrial And Nonindustrial Soils In Representative Areas Across The State To Evaluate The Impact Of Pahs On The Health And Quality Of Life Of Residents In These Areas And To Report Its Findings To The General Assembly.
