Congratulate And Commend The Students Comprising The South Carolina Independent School Association Student Government For Their Diligence And Devotion In Learning About The Operations And Processes Of State Government, To Authorize The Group To Use The Chamber Of The South Carolina House Of Representatives On A Day Selected By The Speaker When The House Is Not In Session Or The Chamber Is Otherwise Unavailable, And To Provide For The Use Of The House Chamber On An Alternate Date And Time As May Be Selected By The Speaker If The House Is In Session On The Previously Selected Date.
