Summary
Amend Section 59-111-110, Code Of Laws Of South Carolina, 1976, Relating To Certain People Exempt From Paying Tuition To Attend Public Institutions Of Higher Learning For A Period Of Four Years, So As To Include The Children Of Full-time Licensed Physicians Who Reside And Practice In Medically Underserved Areas Of This State For A Certain Period Of Time.
