Summary

Amend Section 7-5-10, Code Of Laws Of South Carolina, 1976, Relating To The Appointment Of Members To The County Boards Of Voter Registration And Elections, So As To Provide That When The Governor Removes The Entire Membership Of A County Board Of Voter Registration And Elections Due To Incapacity, Misconduct, Or Neglect Of Duty, He May Appoint An Interim County Board Of Voter Registration And Elections To Serve During The Pendency Of The Formal Board Appointment Process, And To Require That Each Member Of The Interim Board Must Be A Chair Of Another County's Board Of Voter Registration And Elections.
