Summary

Amend The South Carolina Code Of Laws By Adding Section 59-101-295 So As To Provide A Public Institution Of Higher Learning Shall Not Enter Into Any Agreement That Enables Its Students To Participate In A Study Abroad Program Provided By Another Entity If The Other Entity Requires The Student To Comply With More Stringent Covid-19 Vaccination Requirements Than The Institution Requires For Students Attending Classes On Its Campus.
