Summary

Amend The South Carolina Code Of Laws By Adding Section 37-5-120 So As To Prohibit Creditors And Debt Collectors From Reporting Consumer Debt Obtained From Services Rendered At South Carolina Medical Facilities, And To Prohibit Consumer Reporting Agencies From Including Such Debt On A Consumer Report.
