A BILL TO AMEND THE CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, BY ADDING SECTION 24-7-125 SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT A LOCAL GOVERNMENT MAY CHARGE A PERSON CONFINED IN A LOCAL CORRECTIONAL FACILITY A FEE FOR HEALTH CARE SERVICES PROVIDED TO HIM WHILE HE IS CONFINED IN THE FACILITY.
