A BILL TO AMEND SECTION 56-5-2950, AS AMENDED, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO A DRIVER OF A MOTOR VEHICLE IMPLYING CONSENT TO SUBMIT TO TESTING FOR ALCOHOL OR DRUGS, SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT A DRIVER ALSO IMPLIES CONSENT TO BE TESTED FOR ALCOHOL OR DRUGS WHEN HE IS INVOLVED IN AN ACCIDENT THAT RESULTS IN THE DEATH OF A PERSON.
