Summary
Provide That Each Entity, Including Political Subdivisions, In A County Providing Water Service Which Is Part Of A Joint Regional Water Association And Obtains Its Water, In Whole Or In Part, From A Regional Producing Center Shall Have A Special Water Board To Perform The Function Of Establishing Water Rates For The Entity Based On Certain Factors, To Provide Definitions, And To Provide For The Membership Of The Board And Other Functions It Shall Perform.
