Fix Wednesday, May 1, 2013, Immediately Following The Election Of Certain Members To The Public Service Commission, As The Date And Time For The House Of Representatives And The Senate To Meet In Joint Session In The Hall Of The House Of Representatives For The Purpose Of Electing Members Of The Boards Of Trustees For The Citadel, Coastal Carolina University, College Of Charleston, Francis Marion University, Lander University, Medical University Of South Carolina, South Carolina State University, Winthrop University, And Wil Lou Gray Opportunity School To Succeed Those Members Whose Terms Expire On June 30, 2013, Or Whose Positions Otherwise Must Be Filled; And To Establish A Procedure Regarding Nominations And Seconding Speeches For The Candidates For These Offices During The Joint Session.
