Summary
Require All State Agencies To Use A Single Third Party Original Source Compiler And Publisher Of Unencumbered Address Data For Purposes Of Validating And Verifying State Residents, Households, And Businesses, And To Direct The Chief Information Officer Of The State Fiscal Accountability Authority, With The Input Of Affected Agencies, To Procure Such A Compiler And Publisher In The Manner Required By The South Carolina Consolidated Procurement Code.
