A BILL TO AMEND SECTION 56-15-10, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO DEFINITIONS FOR PURPOSES OF REGULATION OF MOTOR VEHICLE MANUFACTURERS, LICENSES FOR DEALERS AND WHOLESALERS, AND WHOLESALE MOTOR VEHICLE AUCTIONS, SO AS TO EXCLUDE FROM THE DEFINITION OF "MOTOR VEHICLE DEALER", A BUSINESS ENTITY WHICH FOR NO FEE OR CHARGE AND WHILE NOT OPEN FOR BUSINESS OFFERS THE USE OF ITS PROPERTY FOR CASUAL SALES OF MOTOR VEHICLES.
