Summary

Prohibit An Incumbent Or Former Member Of The General Assembly From Being Elected Or Appointed By The General Assembly To The Governing Board Of A South Carolina College Or University For A Period Of One Year After Terminating His Legislative Service Or Failing To File For Election To The General Assembly In Accordance With Section 7-11-15.
