Summary

Require The South Carolina Department Of Health And Human Services To Establish A Computerized Income, Asset, And Identity Eligibility Verification Service To Verify A Person's Identity And Eligibility For Public Assistance, To Require The Department Of Health And Human Services And The Department Of Social Services To Use The Service As Part Of Determining Whether To Award An Applicant Or Recipient Public Assistance, To Enable Other Departments Providing Public Assistance To Use The Service, To Require Certain Reporting To The South Carolina Attorney General And The Office Of Inspector General Cases Of Suspected Fraud, To Require The Department Of Health And Human Services And The Department Of Social Services To Submit Reports To The Governor And Other Public Officials, And For Other Purposes.
