Require A One-year Waiting Period Before A Former Public Employee May Accept Compensation To Appear Before Or Communicate With Their Former State Agency For The Purpose Of Influencing Action, And To Prohibit Such Communication Permanently If The Matter Is One Which The Person Was Directly And Substantially Involved While Employed.
