A BILL TO AMEND THE CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, BY ADDING ARTICLE 10 TO CHAPTER 1, TITLE 6 SO AS TO AUTHORIZE ASSESSMENTS BE LEVIED AGAINST PARCELS OF PROPERTY, TO PROVIDE THE PROCEEDS BE USED TO OFFSET THE IMPACT OF DEVELOPMENT ON CERTAIN GOVERNMENTAL ENTITIES, AND PROVIDE FOR THE COLLECTION OF THESE ASSESSMENTS.
