Amend The Code Of Laws Of South Carolina, 1976, By Adding Section 13-1-2040 So As To Provide Definitions, To Establish The Workforce And Education Data Oversight Committee; To Provide The Functions Of The Committee, To Provide That Certain Departments Shall Submit Certain Data To The Revenue And Fiscal Affairs Office, To Provide For The Uses Of The Data Collected, To Provide For Administrative Oversight, To Provide For Audits, And To Provide That Individual Level Data May Not Be Released; And To Amend Section 13-1-2030, Relating To The Coordinating Council For Workforce Development, So As To Delete References To Designees On The Coordinating Council.
