Amend Section 41-1-25, Code Of Laws Of South Carolina, 1976, Relating To Employee Benefits, So As To Provide Political Subdivisions May Not Require Employers To Pay Employees Additional Wages Or Pay Based On Any Alterations Or Adjustments Of Employee Scheduling Nor May Political Subdivisions Fine Or Otherwise Penalize Employers Who Do Not Pay Employees Additional Wages Based On Any Alterations Or Adjustments Of Employee Scheduling.
