Summary

Amend The South Carolina Code Of Laws By Enacting The "protection Of Minors From Pornography And Obscenities Act" By Amending Section 16-15-305, Relating To The Offense Of Disseminating, Procuring, Or Promoting Obscenity, So As To Include Advertising And Promoting Anything Obscene In The Purview Of The Statute; And By Amending Section 16-15-375, Relating To Definitions Applicable To The Article Regarding Obscenity Laws, So As To Define The Term "profane Language" And Make Conforming Changes Including Any Portion Of Materials And Performances That May Be Considered Obscene.
