A BILL TO AMEND THE CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, BY ADDING SECTION 56-1-2087 SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT THE DEPARTMENT OF MOTOR VEHICLES MAY ISSUE A COMMERCIAL DRIVER'S LICENSE TO HONORABLY DISCHARGED MEMBERS OF THE UNITED STATES MILITARY, SOUTH CAROLINA NATIONAL GUARD, AND MILITARY RESERVES WHO APPLY FOR THE LICENSE WITHIN NINETY DAYS OF THEIR DISCHARGE FROM MILITARY SERVICE, AND TO PROVIDE FOR THE CONDITIONS THAT AN APPLICANT FOR THIS DRIVER'S LICENSE MUST FULFILL.
