Amend Section 50-11-515, Code Of Laws Of South Carolina, 1976, Relating To The Use Of Wild Turkey Feathers In Art, So As To Allow For The Use Of Wild Turkey Parts, To Establish A Label Requirement, To Provide That This Provision Does Not Authorize The Sale Of Wild Turkey Meat And To Delete Provisions Prohibiting The Sale Of Parts Of Wild Turkeys.
