A BILL TO AMEND SECTION 7-13-110, AS AMENDED, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO POLL MANAGERS AND ASSISTANTS, SO AS DELETE THE REQUIREMENT THAT ONE SIXTEEN- OR SEVENTEEN-YEAR-OLD PERSON MAY BE APPOINTED TO A PRECINCT FOR EVERY TWO REGULAR POLL MANAGERS.
