Amend Section 7-13-1820, Code Of Laws Of South Carolina, 1976, Relating To The Maximum Period Of Time A Voter May Remain In The Voting Booth, So As To Increase This Period From Three Minutes To Five Minutes As Provided Elsewhere Throughout Title 7.
