Summary

Amend Section 1-13-80, As Amended, Code Of Laws Of South Carolina, 1976, Relating To Unlawful Employment Practices Under The South Carolina Consumer Affairs Law, So As To Prohibit Certain Employment Practices Involving Disclosures Of Information About Wages And Wage Histories, And To Require Employers To Provide Wage Ranges For Employment Positions To Prospective Employees Upon Request.
