Summary

Require A Member Of The General Assembly Who Received A Campaign Contribution From A Judicial Candidate Or A Family Member Of A Judicial Candidate Within The Previous Twelve Months Of The Election To Recuse Himself From Voting On That Particular Judicial Seat, And To Require A Member Of The General Assembly To Recuse Himself From Voting For A Spouse.
