Summary

Provide That A Member Of The General Assembly Who In Any Way Derives Or Recognizes Any Income, Profit, Or Other Direct Monetary Benefit As A Result Of The Provisions Of The Federal Patient Protection And Affordable Care Act (ppaca) Shall Disclose This Fact And This Amount On His Or Her Annual Statement Of Economic Interest Filed With The House Or Senate Ethics Committee, And To Provide Penalties For Violations.
