Amend The South Carolina Code Of Laws By Amending Section 12-37-220, Relating To Property Tax Exemptions, So As To Provide An Exemption For Certain Affordable Housing; And By Adding Section 59-17-180 So As To Provide That A School District Is Authorized To Use Surplus Land For The Development Of Certain Affordable Housing.
