Summary
Amend The Code Of Laws Of South Carolina, 1976, By Adding Section 59-25-60 So As To Provide Public School Classroom Teachers And Full-time Librarians Are Entitled To Thirty-minute Lunch Periods From All Duties And Responsibilities Connected With The Instruction And Supervision Of Students, And To Provide Requirements For School Districts When Implementing The Provisions Of This Act.
