Summary

Amend The South Carolina Code Of Laws By Amending Section 56-5-6560, Relating To Collection Of Motor Vehicle Stop Data Regarding Age, Gender, And Race Of Driver; Development Of Database; Reports, So As To Provide This Provision Applies Also To Motor Vehicle Stops Where Officers Issue Citations Or Make Arrests And To Revise The Provision That Requires Committees Of The General Assembly To Review The Provisions Contained In This Section.
