Summary
Amend The South Carolina Code Of Laws By Amending Section 56-3-1240, Relating To Display Of License Plates; Motorcycles Equipped With Vertically Mounted Brackets; Missing Plates, So As To Provide That A Vehicle May Not Be Stopped For Having A Frame On Its License Plate That Obscures The License Plate Letters Or Numbers In The Absence Of A Violation Of Another Law.
