Amend The Code Of Laws Of South Carolina, 1976, By Adding Section 59-47-05 So As To State The Official Purpose Of The South Carolina School For The Deaf And The Blind; To Amend Section 8-11-270, Concerning The Exemption Of Instructional Positions At The School For The Deaf And The Blind From Certain Personnel Classifications And Compensation Plans, So As To Clarify The Scope Of The Exemption; To Amend Section 59-47-100, Relating To Reports Concerning The Use Of Annual Appropriations By The School For The Deaf And The Blind, So As To Remove Certain Personnel Information Included In The Reports; And To Repeal Section 59-47-90 Relating To Maintenance Fees Charged To Students At The School For The Deaf And The Blind.
