Summary

Prohibit The Receipt, Storage, Consolidation, Treatment, Processing, And Disposal Of Low-level Radioactive Waste, Hazardous Waste, Infectious Waste, And Solid Waste By The State Or Any Subdivision Of The State Beginning July 1, 2011, And To Provide Exceptions If The State Or One Of Its Political Subdivisions Has A Reciprocal Agreement With Another State Or An Out-of-state Region Or Entity Or If The State Or A Political Subdivision Of The State Is A Member Of A Compact That Authorizes The Receipt, Storage, Consolidation, Treatment, Processing, Or Disposal Of Any Such Waste.
