Summary

Amend Section 58-27-660, Code Of Laws Of South Carolina, 1976, Relating To The Furnishing Of Electric Service In Areas Served By Another Supplier, So As To Provide That Notwithstanding Another Provision Of Law, An Electric Supplier May Furnish Electric Service To Any Business, Corporation, Partnership, Proprietorship, Firm, Enterprise, Franchise, Organization, Or Self-employed Individual At A Business Location That Is Properly Identified On A Current Business License And Is Being Served By Another Electric Supplier, Or Another Electric Supplier Has The Right To Furnish Electric Service To That Location Pursuant To The Provisions Of Title 58.
