Amend The Code Of Laws Of South Carolina, 1976, By Adding Section 2-15-67 So As To Provide Beginning January 1, 2023, The Legislative Audit Council Shall Conduct A Management Performance Audit Of Each Public Institution Of Higher Education In The State Every Ten Years Pursuant To A Certain Schedule.
