Summary

Provide That The Owner Of A Boat Trailer, Under Twenty-five Hundred Pounds, Farm Trailer, Or Other Utility Trailer Which Is Privately Owned And Not For Hire Must Obtain A Permit To Operate The Trailer Under The Conditions Provided In This Section; And To Repeal Section 56-3-130 Relating To The Exemption From The Licensing And Registration Of These Trailers.
