A BILL TO AMEND SECTION 44-29-10, AS AMENDED, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO REPORTING OF CERTAIN CONTAGIOUS AND INFECTIOUS DISEASES, SO AS TO PROVIDE THE DEPARTMENT OF HEALTH AND ENVIRONMENTAL CONTROL SHALL INCLUDE THE PARASITE CYSTICERCOSIS AMONG THE DISEASES IT CONSIDERS CONTAGIOUS AND INFECTIOUS, DESIGNATES FOR MANDATORY REPORTING BY PHYSICIANS, AND OTHERWISE REPORTS IN THE OFFICIAL LIST OF REPORTABLE CONDITIONS ISSUED BY THE BUREAU OF DISEASE CONTROL.
