A BILL TO AMEND SECTION 8-13-1300, AS AMENDED, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO DEFINITIONS OF CAMPAIGN PRACTICES, SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT ANYTHING OF VALUE GIVEN TO MAKE COMMUNICATIONS MORE THAN FORTY-FIVE DAYS BEFORE AN ELECTION TO INFLUENCE THE OUTCOME OF AN ELECTED OFFICE IS SUBJECT TO THE PROVISIONS OF SECTIONS 8-13-1302 AND 8-13-1308.
