Summary
Require A Student Who Participates On A School-sponsored Athletic Team To Be Administered An Electrocardiogram Test And A Test To Determine If The Student Has Sickle Cell Anemia Or Carries The Sickle Cell Anemia Trait During The Student's Preparticipation Physical, And To Require The Doctor Who Administers The Tests To Clear The Student For Participation On The Team Before He Is Eligible To Participate.
