Summary

Amend Section 50-9-30, Code Of Laws Of South Carolina, 1976, Relating To Hunting And Fishing License Residency Requirements, So As To Allow For An Adopted Child To Be Eligible For A Lifetime Recreational License Upon Approval Of The Adoption Petition; And To Amend Section 50-9-520, Relating To Lifetime Combination License Fees, So As To Provide That An Adopted Child May Obtain A Combination License At No Cost.
