A BILL TO AMEND SECTION 56-5-2780, CODE OF LAWS OF SOUTH CAROLINA, 1976, RELATING TO PENALTIES FOR UNLAWFULLY PASSING A STOPPED SCHOOL BUS, SO AS TO PROVIDE THAT ALL FINES IMPOSED PURSUANT TO THIS SECTION MUST BE USED TO ESTABLISH SCHOLARSHIPS AT THE UNIVERSITY OF SOUTH CAROLINA SCHOOL OF MEDICINE AND THE MEDICAL UNIVERSITY OF SOUTH CAROLINA TO TRAIN MEDICAL STUDENTS IN THE FIELD OF TRAUMA MEDICINE.
