A BILL TO AMEND SECTION 61-4-520, AS AMENDED, RELATING TO THE REQUIREMENTS FOR APPLICANTS SEEKING A RETAIL PERMIT AUTHORIZING THE SALE OF BEER OR WINE, SO AS TO REQUIRE THAT THE BUILDING OR PREMISES TO BE USED FOR THE SALE OF BEER OR WINE BE INSPECTED AND CERTAIN DOCUMENTS BE ON FILE WITH THE DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE, INCLUDING THE ISSUANCE OF A CERTIFICATE OF OCCUPANCY AND A FIRE INSPECTION REPORT, BEFORE THE DEPARTMENT OF REVENUE MAY ISSUE OR RENEW A RETAIL BEER OR WINE PERMIT.
