Summary

Amend The Code Of Laws Of South Carolina, 1976, By Adding Section 59-28-115 So As To Provide A Necessary Definition In The "parental Involvement In Their Children's Education Act"; And To Amend Section 59-28-180, Relating To Related Expectations Of Parents, So As To Provide Schools Shall Provide Parents With A Related Pledge Of Parental Expectations During Annual Registration Beginning With The 2022-2023 School Year.
