Bill Title: In human trafficking, further providing for definitions, providing for concurrent jurisdiction, repealing provisions relating to appropriate implementation for minor victims of human trafficking, providing for special relief to restore victim's dignity and autonomy and for safe harbor for sexually exploited children, establishing the Safe Harbor for Sexually Exploited Children Fund and imposing penalties; and, in juvenile matters, providing for dependency in lieu of delinquency.
