AN ACT
Amending Title 4 (Amusements) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated
Statutes, in table games, further providing for local share
assessment.
The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
hereby enacts as follows:
Section 1. Section 13A63(e) of Title 4 of the Pennsylvania
Consolidated Statutes is amended by adding paragraphs to read:
§ 13A63. Local share assessment.

(e) Miscellaneous provisions.--
* * *
(4.1) The report developed by the department, the Office
of the Budget, the Commonwealth Financing Authority and the
Department of Community and Economic Development shall be
posted on the publicly accessible Internet websites of the
department, the Office of the Budget and the Department of
Community and Economic Development, annually.

(5.1) The reports submitted by counties and
municipalities shall be posted on the Department of Community
and Economic Development's publicly accessible Internet
website.
* * *
Section 2. This act shall take effect immediately.
