AN ACT
Amending Title 18 (Crimes and Offenses) of the Pennsylvania
Consolidated Statutes, exempting certain fuels from certain
sale and labeling requirements.
The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
hereby enacts as follows:
Section 1. Section 7302 of Title 18 of the Pennsylvania
Consolidated Statutes is amended by adding a subsection to read:
§ 7302. Sale and labeling of solidified alcohol.

(c) Nothing in this section shall prohibit the commercial
manufacturing of gel chafing fuels or transportation of such for
out-of-State distribution.
Section 2. This act shall take effect in 60 days.
