AN ACT
Amending Title 75 (Vehicles) of the Pennsylvania Consolidated
Statutes, further providing for reports by police.
The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania
hereby enacts as follows:
Section 1. Section 3751(b)(2) and (3) of Title 75 of the
Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes are amended to read:
§ 3751. Reports by police.

(b) Furnishing copies of report.--
* * *
(2) Except as provided in paragraph (3), the cost of
furnishing a copy of a report under this subsection shall not
exceed [$15] $30.
(3) In a city of the first class, the cost of furnishing
a copy of a report under this subsection shall not exceed
[$25] $35.

Section 2. This act shall take effect in 60 days.
