| AN ACT |
| |
1 | Authorizing the sale and transfer of title for Project 70 lands |
2 | owned by Erie County to Harborcreek Township, Erie County. |
3 | The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania |
4 | hereby enacts as follows: |
5 | Section 1. Harborcreek Township, Erie County. |
6 | (a) Authorization.--Pursuant to the requirements of section |
7 | 20(b) of the act of June 22, 1964 (Sp.Sess., P.L.131, No.8), |
8 | known as the Project 70 Land Acquisition and Borrowing Act, the |
9 | General Assembly hereby authorizes the sale and transfer of |
10 | title for the Project 70 lands owned by Erie County, known as |
11 | the Six Mile Creek Park, which are more particularly described |
12 | under subsection (c), to Harborcreek Township, Erie County, in |
13 | accordance with an agreement between Erie County and Harborcreek |
14 | Township entitled "Agreement for the Transfer of Parcels |
15 | Comprising Six Mile Creek Park" which was approved by |
16 | Harborcreek Township by Resolution 09-87 adopted on August 5, |
17 | 2009, and subsequently signed by the township supervisors. |

1 | (b) Project 70 restrictions.--The lands described under |
2 | subsection (c) shall be transferred with all existing |
3 | restrictions currently imposed by the Project 70 Land |
4 | Acquisition and Borrowing Act upon conveyance of the lands to |
5 | Harborcreek Township. |
6 | (c) Property description.--The parcels of land to be sold |
7 | with existing Project 70 restrictions are situate in Harborcreek |
8 | Township, Erie County, and more particularly bounded and |
9 | described as follows: |
