| AN ACT |
| |
1 | Amending Title 42 (Judiciary and Judicial Procedure) of the |
2 | Pennsylvania Consolidated Statutes, further providing for |
3 | powers and duties of the Juvenile Court Judges' Commission. |
4 | The General Assembly of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania |
5 | hereby enacts as follows: |
6 | Section 1. Section 6373(4) of Title 42 of the Pennsylvania |
7 | Consolidated Statutes is amended to read: |
8 | § 6373. Powers and duties. |
9 | The commission shall have the power and is required to do the |
10 | following: |

12 | (4) Collect[, compile and publish such] and analyze | <-- |
13 | statistical trends, evidence-based programs and practices and |
14 | other data as may be [needed to accomplish] necessary to |
15 | ensure reasonable and efficient administration of the |

6 | Office of Pennsylvania Courts and other appropriate entities |

9 | Section 2. This act shall take effect in 60 days. |
